Better man cards

The Man Card. It’s how we certify manhood, keeping score of what is and isn’t manly. But why do man
cards get taken away from manscaping but not for mansplaining?

Introducing the Better Man Cards — a set of 45 mindful insights, actions, and game plans that remind what it really means to talk like a man, think like a man, and act like a man.

Ask me what the initial concept deemed too expensive was.

Equity. But make it non-cause fatigue.

Equity. But make it non-cause fatigue.

Made for
The Better Man Conference

The Better Man Conference is committed to building equity through inclusive masculinity talks, trainings & action-taking, promoting allyship in the workplace & everywhere else.

Practice makes perfect allies.

The Better man cards call out all conscious and subconscious biases, one batch at a time.

Talk like a man

Talking like a man doesn’t have to mean being aggressive, dominating, or belittling in a super deep voice.
It means being inclusive, patient, and unbiased in any voice you have.

Covers: sweet talking, mansplaining, gender-biased vocal, trash talk,
sexist jokes.

Act like a man

Acting like a man means having an equal share and care in any office upkeep task.

Acting like a man doesn’t mean doing the yard work while the woman does the housework.

Covers: note-taking, office housekeeping, event planning.

Think like a man

Thinking like a man means being encouraging, supportive, and inclusive. It doesn’t mean being superior, thinking that all things must have all emotions removed, ‘cause that’s a “woman’s thing”.

Covers: interrupting, giving credit, supporting, inclusion, leadership.
